Jobseeker & CV Consent Policy

5.1 Purpose

This Policy explains how CVs, resumes, profiles and candidate information may be used within HireXNow. It supplements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

5.2 When you upload your own CV

By intentionally creating a candidate profile or uploading a CV, you request HireXNow to process that information for the marketplace functions you select, such as creating your profile, enabling applications, matching or making information available to eligible Companies/Clients or Agencies/Suppliers according to the Platform's settings and notices.

Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, HireXNow will obtain that consent separately and will not rely solely on acceptance of general Terms.

5.3 When an Agency/Supplier uploads candidate data

An Agency/Supplier that uploads information about another person confirms that it has a lawful basis and all authority, notices and consents required to provide that information to HireXNow and to permit the intended marketplace use. The Agency/Supplier must not upload a person's CV merely because it possesses a copy.

5.4 Permitted recipient use

Companies and Agencies receiving candidate information through HireXNow may use it only for legitimate manpower, employment, contracting or related evaluation purposes consistent with the feature through which the data was provided and applicable law.

• Do not sell or publicly publish candidate data.
• Do not use candidate data for unrelated mass marketing or spam.
• Do not retain data longer than necessary or legally permitted.
• Protect downloaded CVs and candidate information from unauthorized access.
• Honor applicable privacy rights and deletion/retention obligations for copies under your control.

5.5 Accuracy and sensitive information

Candidates should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in a CV. HireXNow may restrict categories of information that are not reasonably necessary for marketplace purposes. Users must keep material profile information accurate.

5.6 Visibility

The Platform should indicate whether a candidate profile is private, visible to selected users, visible to eligible Companies/Agencies, or otherwise discoverable. HireXNow will apply the visibility choice provided by the relevant feature, subject to security, legal and operational requirements.

5.7 Withdrawal, deletion and copies already shared

A candidate may request account/profile deletion or exercise applicable privacy rights through admin@bizcron.com or available account controls. Removing information from HireXNow does not automatically delete lawful copies already received and independently controlled by another Company/Agency; those recipients remain responsible for their own legal obligations.

5.8 No employment guarantee

Uploading a CV, receiving a match, being shortlisted or communicating through HireXNow does not guarantee an interview, job, visa, work authorization, contract, salary or engagement.
