Marketplace Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Technology marketplace only

HireXNow provides technology that helps independent marketplace participants discover and communicate with one another. HireXNow does not employ, sponsor, recruit, assign, supply or pay workers; does not negotiate manpower rates; does not sign manpower contracts for users; does not collect manpower-contract payments; and does not charge recruitment-success fees. Companies/Clients, Agencies/Suppliers and Jobseekers/Freelancers contact and contract with one another directly.

6.2 No guarantee

HireXNow does not guarantee the identity, legality, licensing status, financial capacity, availability, qualifications, performance, conduct or suitability of any user, candidate, requirement, supplier or opportunity. Any verification feature is limited to the checks expressly described by HireXNow.

6.3 User due diligence

Users must independently verify counterparties, licences, authorizations, worker documentation, references, qualifications, rates, commercial terms, insurance, safety requirements and any other matter material to a proposed engagement.

6.4 Employment and manpower obligations

The relevant employer, agency, supplier, contractor, worker and/or client remains responsible for obligations imposed on that party by applicable law and contract, including employment contracts, wages, benefits, work authorization, immigration, insurance, safety, professional licensing, labor compliance, tax, invoicing and manpower-supply/recruitment permissions.

6.5 Platform availability

HireXNow aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be changed, suspended or maintained from time to time.

6.6 Third-party content and links

Listings, requirements, profiles, messages and other user-provided information are supplied by independent users. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms. HireXNow is not responsible for third-party content merely because it is accessible through a link or integration.

6.7 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireXNow/BizCron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of business, or losses arising solely from dealings between independent marketplace users.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

6.8 Fraud and reporting

Users should report suspected fake jobs, fraudulent suppliers, identity misuse, unlawful requests or misuse of personal data to admin@bizcron.com. HireXNow may investigate and take Platform-level action, but users should contact the appropriate authority where criminal, regulatory or urgent safety concerns arise.

6.9 Regulatory status

The description of HireXNow as a marketplace or technology platform does not override any legal classification imposed by a competent authority. HireXNow will not knowingly offer a regulated recruitment, manpower-supply, employment-outsourcing or similar service without the authorization required for that activity.
