Privacy Policy

2.1 Who controls your data

BIZCRON ADVERTISING & MARKETING TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, operating HireXNow, determines how personal data is processed for the purposes described in this Policy, except where another marketplace participant independently determines how it uses data received from you or through the Platform. 2.2 Data we may collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, login and account settings.
• Business data: company/agency name, role, business contact details, registration and verification information.
• Candidate data: CV/resume, work history, education, skills, certifications, location, nationality/work-authorization information where relevant and lawful, profile photograph and other information voluntarily provided.
• Marketplace activity: requirements, applications, listings, shortlists, messages, searches, interactions, credit usage and support requests.
• Subscription/payment data: plan, billing status, invoices and transaction references. Stripe may process payment-card or related payment details directly.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, security logs, cookies and usage information.
• Verification data: documents or information reasonably required to verify identity, organization, authorization or marketplace eligibility.

2.3 Why we use data

• Create and manage accounts.
• Provide marketplace search, matching, listings, applications, communication, subscription and credit features.
• Display information to authorized marketplace participants according to the relevant feature and privacy settings.
• Verify users, reduce fraud, investigate misuse and protect Platform security.
• Process subscriptions, billing and customer support.
• Measure and improve Platform performance, usability, marketing effectiveness and reliability.
• Send service notices and, where permitted, marketing communications.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, dispute and enforcement obligations.

2.4 Legal basis and transparency

We process personal data only where a valid legal basis applies under the law relevant to the processing. Depending on context, this may include consent, performance of a contract or requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis recognized by applicable law. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law and processing already lawfully completed.

2.5 Service providers and recipients

We may share personal data with marketplace participants when you intentionally use a feature designed to share or expose information to them, and with service providers that support the Platform. Current principal providers include:

• Vercel - application hosting and delivery.
• Supabase - database/backend services; the database is configured in Tokyo, Japan.
• Stripe - payment processing for paid plans and related billing functions.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads Tag - analytics and advertising measurement.
• Meta Pixel - advertising measurement and campaign-related analytics.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag - advertising measurement and campaign-related analytics.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, authorities or transaction counterparties where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not authorize marketplace participants to use personal data obtained through HireXNow for unrelated spam, resale, unlawful profiling or other unauthorized purposes.

2.6 Candidate/CV data

A CV or candidate profile may contain significant personal information. HireXNow will process and make such information available only according to the Platform feature, the user's actions/settings, applicable notices and lawful processing requirements. Agencies uploading information about another individual must have appropriate authority and must provide any required notice or obtain required consent before upload.

2.7 International processing and transfers

HireXNow is operated by an India-based business and uses service providers in more than one country. Our Supabase database is configured in Tokyo, Japan, and other providers may process data according to their service infrastructure. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the country where the user is located. Where Saudi personal data is transferred or disclosed outside the Kingdom, HireXNow will apply the requirements and safeguards required by applicable Saudi data-protection law before such transfer. Where other transfer laws apply, we will use the required lawful mechanism.

2.8 Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, account operation, security, dispute handling and applicable legal, tax or regulatory requirements. Active account/profile data is generally retained while the account is active. Following a valid deletion request or account closure, ordinary account/profile data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable operational period, subject to backup cycles, fraud/security needs and legally required retention. Billing, tax and consent records may be retained for longer where required or reasonably necessary to establish compliance.

2.9 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and risks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for account credentials and for protecting information they download or receive.

2.10 Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to be informed about processing and to request access, correction, completion, deletion/destruction, a copy of your data, withdrawal of consent, restriction/objection or other rights provided by law. Some rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

2.11 Marketing

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Service, security, billing and legal notices may still be sent where necessary.

2.12 Children

HireXNow accounts are intended for users aged 18 or older, unless a different age is expressly permitted by applicable law and the Platform. We do not knowingly invite children to create marketplace accounts in circumstances where doing so would be unlawful.

2.13 Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy, including Google Analytics, Google Ads Tag, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or trackers, we will request it before activation.
