This Privacy Policy explains how HirexNow ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information. It applies to everyone who creates a HirexNow account, browses the platform, or applies for a job through HirexNow.

1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email, phone, city, country, and password (hashed).
- Profile information — your professional title, summary, work history, skills, certifications, profile photo, and uploaded resume / certificate files.
- Application information — the jobs you apply to, your answers to job-specific questions, and any documents you upload as part of an application.
- Technical information — IP address, device type, browser, and approximate location. Used for security and analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to run the platform, match you with relevant jobs, surface your profile to hiring companies you apply to, secure your account, and notify you about your applications. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who can see your profile
Your full profile and uploaded documents become visible to a hiring company only after you apply to one of their jobs. The HirexNow team can see your profile to review applications, verify identity, and provide support.
4. Data storage and security
Profile data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security applied at the database layer. Uploaded files (resumes, certificates) are stored in private buckets accessible only to you and authorised HirexNow administrators.
5. Your rights
You can edit your profile at any time, export your data on request, or delete your account permanently from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile, applications, and uploaded files from the platform.
