This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and paid features on the HireXnow platform (the "Platform"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("HireXnow", "we", "us"), are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions and, for business accounts, our Employer & Manpower Agency Terms.

This Policy applies to paying users — primarily Hiring Companies and Manpower Agencies on paid plans. Free accounts and features are not affected. Using the Platform is always free for Job Seekers, who are never charged to create a profile, browse, or apply.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are offered on a Subscription basis. When you purchase a Subscription, you agree to pay the fees for the plan and billing cycle shown at the point of purchase. [CONFIRM PLAN TIERS, PRICES, CURRENCY (SAR), BILLING CYCLE (e.g. monthly / annual), AND WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE VAT.]

2. Cancellation

When you cancel, your Subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and it will not renew after that. You keep access to paid features until the end of that cycle. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current cycle except as set out in Section 3.

3. Refunds

Refund window. Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or remedy you are entitled to under mandatory Saudi consumer-protection law.

No refunds where terminated for breach. We will not refund fees where we suspend or terminate your account for breach of our Terms & Conditions, Employer & Manpower Agency Terms, or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. How to request a refund

We may change plan prices or features. Changes apply from your next renewal, not the current cycle, and we will give you advance notice as required. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Failed payments
