I can't apply to a job
Applications require a meaningfully complete profile — at minimum your full name, a profile photo, a professional title, a 50+ character bio, a resume PDF, one work experience, and three skills. If the Apply button is disabled or you hit an "incomplete profile" message, head to your Profile page and finish the highlighted items.
I can't sign in / I forgot my password
Email us at support@hirexnow.com from the address on your account and we'll send you a fresh sign-in link within one business day. Faster response: use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account. This is permanent — your profile, your applications, and all uploaded files are removed and cannot be recovered.
For urgent issues with an active job application, email applications@hirexnow.com directly. We aim to respond within one business day, Sunday – Thursday.
