Terms of Use & Marketplace Terms

1.1 About HireXNow

HireXNow ("HireXNow", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is a technology marketplace and software platform operated by BIZCRON ADVERTISING & MARKETING TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian private limited company incorporated on 18 March 2026 under CIN U62099PN2026PTC253513, with business location in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

HireXNow provides digital tools that allow eligible Companies/Clients, Manpower Agencies/Suppliers, Jobseekers/Freelancers and other users to create accounts, publish or view permitted marketplace information, discover one another, communicate, manage requirements, use credits where applicable and access free or paid platform features.

HireXNow is a technology intermediary. HireXNow does not employ, sponsor, recruit, assign, supply or pay workers; it does not negotiate manpower rates, sign manpower contracts for users, collect manpower-contract payments or charge recruitment-success fees. Companies, Agencies/Suppliers and Jobseekers/Freelancers contact and contract with one another directly.

1.2 Acceptance

By accessing or using HireXNow, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, obtaining or using credits, uploading information, posting a requirement, listing manpower or applying/responding through the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the other policies published in the HireXNow Legal Center. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.3 Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use HireXNow for a company, agency or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. Users must provide accurate, current and lawful information.

1.4 User categories

• Company/Client: an organization or authorized representative seeking to discover manpower suppliers, candidates or related marketplace opportunities.
• Agency/Supplier: an independent manpower, staffing, recruitment, contracting or other service provider using HireXNow to present its business, available manpower or services, subject to all licences and approvals applicable to its own activities.
• Jobseeker/Freelancer: an individual creating a profile, uploading a CV or expressing interest in opportunities.
• Visitor: a person browsing publicly available parts of the Platform.

1.5 Marketplace role

HireXNow facilitates digital discovery, matching tools and communication. Users independently decide whether to contact, shortlist, interview, engage, employ, contract with, supply to or transact with another user. HireXNow does not guarantee that a requirement will be filled, a candidate will be hired, a supplier will receive business, or any transaction will be completed.

Any employment, manpower supply, recruitment, subcontracting, outsourcing, service, commercial or other agreement is between the relevant users. HireXNow does not become a party to that agreement merely because the users met or communicated through the Platform.

1.6 Compliance and licences

Each user is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining every licence, permit, authorization, commercial registration, worker authorization, visa/work authorization, professional qualification, insurance and approval required for the activity that user performs.

No user may use HireXNow to conduct an activity that is prohibited or requires a licence that the user does not hold. HireXNow may request documents, restrict features, suspend listings or accounts, or refuse access where compliance cannot reasonably be verified.

1.7 Company/Client responsibilities

• Post only genuine, lawful and sufficiently accurate requirements.
• Conduct appropriate due diligence before engaging an Agency/Supplier or Jobseeker/Freelancer.
• Verify qualifications, licences, worker documentation, availability, rates and contractual terms independently.
• Comply with applicable employment, procurement, immigration, labor, safety, tax and contracting laws.
• Use candidate and supplier information only for lawful business purposes and protect personal data received through HireXNow.

1.8 Agency/Supplier responsibilities

• List only manpower, services and information that you are lawfully authorized to offer or represent.
• Maintain all licences and approvals required for your own activities.
• Obtain all necessary authority, notice and consent before uploading a worker's or candidate's CV, profile, photograph, identification information, certificates or other personal data.
• Keep availability, experience, qualifications and company information accurate.
• Remain responsible for workers, employment relationships, wages, benefits, insurance, visas/work authorization, safety, contractual performance and legal compliance where those obligations apply to you.

1.9 Jobseeker/Freelancer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and do not misrepresent identity, experience, qualifications or work authorization.
• Upload only documents you have the right to provide.
• Review opportunities independently and do not make payments to unknown parties without appropriate verification.
• Comply with applicable employment, immigration, work-permit and professional requirements.

1.10 Verification

HireXNow may display verification indicators or request documents. A verification badge means only that specified information or documents were checked using HireXNow's then-current process. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, licence certification, credit assessment or promise of future performance. Users must perform their own due diligence.

1.11 Prohibited use

• False, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or unauthorized listings or requirements.
• Identity theft, impersonation, forged documents, fake jobs, fake manpower availability or deceptive company information.
• Scraping, harvesting, bulk downloading or resale of Platform data without written permission.
• Uploading personal data without a lawful basis or required authority/consent.
• Malware, unauthorized access, interference with security, or misuse of Platform infrastructure.
• Using HireXNow to evade applicable labor, recruitment, immigration, licensing, sanctions, anti-bribery, tax or other laws.

1.12 User content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload. You grant HireXNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the Platform and the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload the content. HireXNow may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, law, third-party rights, security requirements or Platform standards.

1.13 Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify HireXNow promptly at admin@bizcron.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

1.14 Fees and credits

HireXNow offers free and paid features. Certain paid plans may include or require credits for specified Platform actions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscription and credit charges are fees for access to software/platform functionality. They are not payment for manpower, wages, employment, recruitment success, or a manpower contract.

1.15 Suspension and termination

HireXNow may suspend, limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, suspected fraud, legal/regulatory risk, breach of these Terms, misuse of personal data, repeated complaints or unlawful activity. Users may request account closure subject to outstanding obligations and lawful retention requirements.

1.16 Intellectual property

HireXNow software, branding, design, databases, Platform-created content and related intellectual property belong to HireXNow/BizCron or its licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms.

1.17 Third-party services

HireXNow uses third-party technology and service providers, including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database services, Stripe for payment processing, and analytics/advertising technologies identified in the Cookie Policy. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices to the services they provide.

1.18 Disputes between users

Users should resolve commercial, employment or service disputes directly with the relevant counterparty. HireXNow may, at its discretion, provide reporting or communication tools but is not required to adjudicate private disputes and does not assume a user's contractual obligations.

1.19 Governing law and mandatory local rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BIZCRON ADVERTISING & MARKETING TECH PRIVATE LIMITED in India, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to a user or to HireXNow's activities in another jurisdiction, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory right or regulatory obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

1.20 Changes and contact
