These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HireXnow recruitment platform (the "Platform"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], commercial registration number [CR NUMBER], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("HireXnow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Candidate — an individual who uses the Platform to find or apply for employment.
• Employer — an organisation, or its authorised representative, that uses the Platform to post jobs and review applications.
• Job Posting — a vacancy submitted by an Employer for publication on the Platform.
• Content — any information, text, CVs, logos, or material submitted to the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Employers confirm that the individual creating the account is authorised to act on behalf of the organisation.

3. The HireXnow service

HireXnow is a managed platform that connects Candidates with Employers. We facilitate the posting of jobs and the submission of applications. We are not a party to any employment relationship, contract, or arrangement between a Candidate and an Employer. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of any Job Posting, the suitability of any Candidate, or any outcome from using the Platform.

4. Candidate obligations

Candidates agree to: provide truthful information in their profile and applications; submit only their own CV and personal data; not impersonate any other person; and use the Platform only for genuine job-seeking purposes. When you apply to a job, you consent to your profile and application being shared with that Employer, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Employer obligations and posting approval

Employers agree to post only genuine, lawful vacancies for which they are recruiting. Employers must comply with all applicable Saudi labour and data protection laws when handling Candidate data received through the Platform, and must not use that data for any purpose other than the recruitment for which it was shared, nor sell or further disclose it without permission.

All Job Postings are subject to review and approval by HireXnow before publication. When submitting a Job Posting, the Employer confirms, via the posting-approval checkbox, that the information is accurate, the vacancy is genuine, and the Employer is authorised to recruit for it. We may approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any Job Posting at our discretion, including listings we believe to be misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or non-compliant. Approval by HireXnow does not constitute an endorsement or a guarantee of the Employer.

6. Verified Employer badge

We may award a Verified Employer badge to Employers whose identity and legitimacy we have checked [DESCRIBE VERIFICATION CRITERIA — e.g. valid commercial registration, domain verification]. The badge indicates that we have performed these checks; it is not a warranty of the Employer's conduct, the accuracy of their postings, or the outcome of any application. We may revoke the badge at any time.

7. Reporting fake or fraudulent jobs

Every Job Posting includes a "Report fake job" function. If you believe a listing is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms, please report it. We will review reports and may remove postings and suspend accounts found to be in breach. We encourage Candidates never to pay money to secure a job and to report any request for payment.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content; harvest, scrape, sell, or misuse other users' personal data; post jobs that require payment from Candidates or that are not genuine vacancies; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform; or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by HireXnow and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the Content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that Content solely to operate the Platform.

10. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We do not sell Candidate personal data or share it without permission.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, post fraudulent content, or use the Platform unlawfully. You may close your account at any time. On termination, we will handle your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any vacancy or Candidate is genuine, accurate, or suitable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, HireXnow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from dealings between Candidates and Employers, reliance on any Job Posting, or any employment decision. 14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HireXnow against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia [CONFIRM CITY/VENUE].

16. Changes to these Terms
